ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNERS (ELL)

Our goal is to help students reach English proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and listening. To accomplish this, English Language Learner (ELL) students need to take the ELL placement test upon registering. Results from the test will be shared with parents and program options will be reviewed. Parents need to choose whether or not your child will participate in services. If your child enters the ELL program an individualized plan including assessment accommodations will be developed. All ELL students are required to participate in the Acess 2.0 assessment regardless of whether or not they receive services.
