The College Access Director’s foremost responsibility is to build and sustain a culture of college attendance and completion at all Gem Prep schools. He or she will provide course counselling to all Gem Prep secondary students toward graduating high school with an Associate’s Degree or 18 or more college credits.

Full-time position. Salary is $55,000 to $65,000 DOE. Position beginning 2019-2020 school year. Successful applicant will work in one of I-DEA’s four resource offices located in Deary, Meridian, Pocatello or Post Falls, ID.

Gem Innovation Schools is seeking a Data Manager. This is a full time position, located in Meridian, starting in July 2019.

The Data Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, communicating, and executing strategies that leverage technology and data to improve organizational and instructional practice. He or she will work closely with the CAO, COO, and Technology Department to develop a comprehensive data reporting process and online program and technology package.
